Carol Kelly is a professional Artist/ Enamellist. She received her MA in Multi -disciplinary printmaking in the University of the West of England, Bristol. She also has a Bachelor of Fine Art and Design honors degree from GMIT Galway. Her work is of a contemporary nature and mostly consists of enamel wall art.

Her work is created by firing enamel glass onto recycled copper cylinders. The copper is handcrafted and it takes several processes before firing in a kiln at 800 degrees. Her work is handmade and totally unique no two pieces are ever the same. Enameling is a rare old age ancient technique dating back to the 13th century. She has also trained in all traditional printmaking techniques.

Carol was awarded the Clifford Moss memorial award in 2012 for the most unique and outstanding work, distinguished by the quality of making skills applied. Each piece can be personalised with your own message, a perfect gift for any occasion and she is also open to commissions.
